Rental Terms

HIRER-DRIVEN CARS USED SOLELY FOR SOCIAL, DOMESTIC & PLEASURE PURPOSES.
The Hirer is not permitted to re-hire the vehicle or carry passengers for hire reward.

Age and Driver’s License Requirements
➢ A Valid Driver’s License from country of origin is required and must be presented at time of delivery.
➢ International Driver’s License is not required.
➢ Drivers must be between 25 and 80 years old with at least (2) two years driving experience.
➢ Drivers over 75 years old are required to present a medical certificate from a doctor to certify you are “fit to drive” in Barbados.
➢ Maximum of three (3) drivers are allowed per vehicle.

Insurance Coverage
➢ All of our vehicles are quoted with basic rental insurance and this cannot be removed.
➢ A deductible of $1250.00 USD or $2500.00 BDS may be taken for any loss or damage to a vehicle while under your hire irrespective of “fault”.
➢ Insurance does not in any way cover damages to rims and tyres or damage or loss of keys or key fobs.
➢ If you burst or damage a tyre, you will have to pay for a replacement.

Payment Information
➢ Payment is made for the hire at the time of delivery.
➢ We accept local or foreign cash (Barbados Dollars, US Dollars).
➢ We accept Visa / Mastercard / Zelle / PayPal
➢ All prices quoted via email exclude the Driver’s Permit(s) as this is to be paid in cash.
➢ All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise or a conversion is requested.
➢ No hidden or additional charges besides what is quoted to you.
➢ Deposit may be required depending on length of rental

Additional Rental Information
➢ Rates quoted will vary from season to season or month to month. Our rates are determined by supply, demand and market conditions.
➢ All quotes include unlimited mileage.
➢ Customers should refuel the vehicle to the same fuel level shown upon receiving the vehicle. If customers do not refuel the vehicle accordingly, they will be charged.
➢ Our vehicles are NON SMOKING! No pets are allowed in our vehicles. Car is to be returned in a clean condition with no extreme or excessive amounts of sand or dirt. No surfboards are allowed on top of our vehicles. Failure to comply may lead to cleaning, damage or detailing fees.
